Mallory arrived at LSU in the fall of 2014 and currently serves as an Assistant Athletic Trainer. Mallory began working with LSU Women's Gymnastics upon her arrival.
Mallory oversees LSU Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving as well. Mickus is also an instructor for the Athletic Training Education Program (ATEP).
Mallory holds a Masters of Education in Higher Education with an emphasis in Leadership and Learning from Iowa State University. While at Iowa, she worked with Women's Gymnastics and Women's Swimming and Diving. She received her Bachelors degree in Kinesiology with an Athletic Training Emphasis from Indiana University in 2008. During her time at Indiana University, Mallory gained experience working with Indiana Aquatics, Women's Basketball, Softball, Track and Field, Men's Soccer, Football, Baseball, Ballet, and Bloomington High School North.
